Minimum orders:

There is no minimum quantity required with the exception of certain items which are sold in specific pre-packaged quantities only.

Damage and Claims:

All merchandise is carefully packed and in good condition when shipped. Delivery of all goods is the responsibility of the carrier. Any claims for damaged merchandise or shortages must be made with the carrier. Keep the cartons for evidence in the event of a damage claim. Whenever possible we will give assistance in filing a claim.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied for an reason, e-mail or call us for a return authorization. There is no restocking charge for shipping errors or defective goods. All other returns will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Warranty:

RGS Motor Sport makes no warranties, expressed or implied, oral or written, to purchasers. We will pass on any warranties made by the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for performing such warranties.
